HR Administrator

Job description

As an HR Administrator at PISTECHS, you will play a vital role in supporting the human resources functions of the organization. Your responsibilities will include managing employee records, assisting with payroll processing, coordinating recruitment activities, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, attendance, leaves, and performance evaluations.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
  • Coordinate new hire orientations and facilitate onboarding processes for new employees.
  • Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other related matters.
    Assist in payroll processing by verifying timesheets, calculating salaries, and ensuring timely disbursement of salaries.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and presentations for management as required.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies in all HR activities.
  • Support HR Manager in implementing HR initiatives and programs aimed at employee engagement and retention.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information and adhere to data protection regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Administrator or relevant HR role.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
  • Familiarity with labour laws and regulations.
